We have 6 places up for grabs with various starting times as shown below. And please note: all Sportability places are completely free of charge to people with paralysis.
Don't worry if you have never tried Sailing before, there will be plenty of on- hand advice, guidance and instruction.
Please note that LLSC do not have a hoist, but there will be assistance for getting people in and out of the boats.
You don't need special clothing, anything that is comfortable is OK. Tracksuits or jogging style trousers are ideal, but any casual trousers, jeans, tee- shirts and sweatshirts or fleeces are fine. It will always feel cooler on the water, so it is a good idea to bring an extra layer. A change of clothes is also not a bad idea - just in case. Of course, you will be provided with a lifejacket!
