New Charity Challenge for Distance Runners - Sunday 19th September 2010, Nr Farnham, Surrey
Elite, Club, Novice and Fun-Runners for Marathon and Half-Marathon
The Rotary Club of Farnham & Weyside, in Surrey has selected Sportability, one of only two charities, as its National Charity Beneficiary for a huge event which they are putting on in September 2010 - re- instating the historic Farnham marathon and a half- marathon.
This is great news and we are very excited to be involved in this event.
Both events takes place on Sunday 19th September 2010 at the Sands Recreation Ground, near Farnham, Surrey.
The route will be multi-terrain and mainly off-road, covering large sections of the beautiful, scenic, Surrey countryside. All runners - elite, club, complete novice and fun-runners - are welcome to participate (see link below).
Most importantly 100% of net proceeds will go to the two chosen charities.
