Midlands Canoeing and Archery on Sat 20th June '09
On Saturday 20th June, we'll be making our way to beautiful Quorn Hall for another magical multi-sports day.
This famous country house stands in 12 acres of mature landscaped gardens with the River Soar flowing through its grounds. The Hall is located just north of Leicester and off the A6 south of Loughborough, in the historic village of Quorndon (Quorn).
We'll start with the Canoeing at 11am, then, after a break, why not try some Archery & Crossbows (standard long bows and crossbows) from 2pm-3pm at the same venue? And please remember: Beginners and never-evers always welcomed! You might just surprise yourself with what you do and the fun you have doing it.
So, just to recap on those details:
Saturday 20th June - 11am - 1pm Canoeing and from 2 - 3pm a spot of Archery and Crossbows.
